2 Technical Forums were held concurrently with SFCHINA2020 as part of the Technical Programmes, namely 2020 Surface Engineering Application Salon and Coating Applications Forum - Smart & Safety Management, attracted altogether over 500 attendees. The theme of the Application Salon was "5G Giving Finishing Industry New Values & Opportunities", hosted by GZ ETSING Plating Research Institute and Electroplating & Finishing Journal, co-organized by SFCHINA, supported by Guangzhou Science and Technology Association. The themes of the Coating Applications Forum" included "Trends in Smart Coating Technology & Equipment" and "Environmental, Safety and Health (ESH) for Coating Applications".
